James DeGale’s toughest fight with Badou Jack


The IBF world middleweight title holder James DeGale is fighting against Badou Jack in New York on January 14, 2017. DeGale has been pushing hard for his unification fight since his world champion crowning in May 2015. And the world super-middleweight champion is now relishing for the forthcoming fight with Badou who is being promoted by Floyd Mayweather. James DeGale’s toughest fight with Badou Jack.
As per the interview with Sky Sports, James stated, “This will be the best fighting and it will prove who’s the best fighter in the division and I believe that I am the No 1 world super-middleweight on the earth.”
He also added, “Both of us want to prove our ability to fight and prove who’s the best fighter and everyone in the crowd are in for a delicious treat on the 14th January 2017.”
Points to be noted, however, Jack won his WBC belt after points that gave him the winning the point over Anthony Dirrell in the April 2015 and surprisingly, James DeGale beat Dirrell older brother, Andre, for their IBF title, just to become the first British boxer to win an Olympic Gold Medal.
One a statement, Jack said, “This fight is going to be one of the hell of a fight. James is the real deal when comes to fight but you know, I am the No 1 fighter.”
