Match of the Day often refers to MOTD is the BBC’s principal sports programme. The programme was mainly shown on Evenings of Saturday in the English Premier League season. Since the year of 1999, Match of the Day has been the key sports highlights channel and it has been presented by the Ex-England captain and Leicester-born Gary Winston Lineker OBE.
